Each route starts and finish at Hollingworth Lake and scales Blackstone Edge. Organised by Rochdale Round Table, all money raised will go to local charities. Over twenty years since the first Over The Edge commenced, Rochdale Round Table is proud to be bringing back Rochdale’s ultimate cycling challenge on 22nd May 2022. The same three fantastic routes - Bronze, Silver and Gold, all start from the
Littleborough RUFC at Hollingworth Lake and continue up Blackstone Edge and through some of West Yorkshire and Lancashire’s most idyllic areas. Over 400 riders of all ages and experience are
expected to join in on the day with what will surely be a great event, hopefully raising plenty of money for local children’s charities along the way. Rochdale Round table would like to thank all the local businesses who have kindly sponsored the event, those who will be generously donating en-route refreshments for all riders and of
course the cyclist themselves. We are proud to be raising money for local children’s charities including:
Jolly Josh who aims to relieve the needs of those with additional needs, complex needs, disabilities and those with Profound and Multiple learning Disabilities, their families and carers within Rochdale and the wider area

Rochdale Children’s Moorland Home who has two distinct functions in providing services and facilities for school children during term time and for children referred to them by children’s social care, schools and community groups, during school holiday periods
