Celebrating the birthday of Johann Sebastian Bach today (born 31 March 1685)! This year's festival will include performances of his glorious 'cello suites on Baroque, modern classical, and Hardanger 'cello. Here's a clip showing their versatility (maybe next year we'll get a nyckelharpa?!)

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: we need someone to coordinate our schools workshops next year. These take place in February leading to a concert in early March in Great Missenden. The coordinator needs to liaise with 3 local primary schools and book the musicians and facilitator. No payment but the satisfaction of bringing music into children's lives!
