Royal Ulster Winter Fair The Royal Ulster Winter Fair features showing classes for Holstein, Aryshire, Dairy Shorthorn and Jersey breeds.

The Royal Ulster Winter Fair in association with sole Sponsor Danske Bank is NI's pinnacle dairy event, showcasing exceptional dairy breeding and agri innovation. The event will return to the Eikon Exhibition Centre on Thursday 10th December 2026 and, with accommodation for 200 cattle, is a Fair not to be missed.

To mark the occasion, weโ€™re taking a trip down memory lane every Tuesday throughout September, looking back at the outstanding Supreme Interbreed Championswho have made Winter Fair history ๐Ÿ†
