🌭 GLUTEN-FREE UPDATE 🌭

We’ve seen your comments and just want to say—we hear you loud and clear. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we struggled to find a supplier or catering unit that could confidently offer gluten-free food without the risk of cross-contamination this year.

We did ask around, and two vendors said they had gluten-free items, but neither could guarantee them as completely safe for coeliacs. That’s not good enough, and we understand the frustration some of you felt.

👉 We’re already on the lookout for a dedicated gluten-free food stall for 2026.

If you know a great vendor who’d be a good fit, we’d love to chat to them about a pitch for next year—drop us a message or tag them here!

We’re excited to welcome Chef Kevin for his first appearance at the Lincoln Sausage Festival — and he’s bringing a sizzling lineup of sausage-inspired dishes!

Here’s what he’ll be cooking up:
1️⃣ Pan-Fried Sausages with Onion Gravy

4️⃣ Sausage Stir-Fry with Vegetables
Fresh, crunchy vegetables balance the richness of the sausage in this quick and vibrant stir-fry.
