Horrendous run yesterday. Went out for a 16 mile run. At mile 4/5 both my legs turned to concrete pillars. Thought I would run it off. Mile 10 I had no choice but to pretty much walk home totally freezing. I guess you win some and you lose some. Onwards and upwards.
