***EXCITING NEWS***

Hi All,

We have new details to share with all. We have moved venues and also have new day / start time to play. Please see below:

VENUE: Huncote Leisure Centre, Huncote

DAY/TIME: Every Thursday evening 6pm to 8pm

Please message me through Facebook messenger or on email ([email protected]) if you want to come along.

For reference we are operating a play and pay process, only £5 per person per session.

Further to tonight's discussions at the wonderful badminton social, we are looking for anyone with information on the location of the 1st team trophy as seen pictured. Most likely to be found either under Atif's bed, in Ian's closet or still at the engravers. Please reply with information asap.

Hi all,

Thought it was about time I sent out some statistics of the season so far. These stats are combined across all teams taking all your individual games won and lost, and all the points scored for and against you to give an average per the amount of games. So if you won all three Rubbers in a match and one pair went to three games you will have played 7 games in that match winning 6/7 giving you 86% win rate.

The best pairs so far this season are;

Mark.P & James.H – 100%
Mark.P & Jane.A – 86%
Mark.P & Elaine.T – 86%

Best Individuals so far are;

Mark.P – 81%
Mark.G – 67%
Joseph.C – 66%

Bare in mind I am still missing two Ladies games and one Mixed game, Dave and Marie are aware of this and hopefully can find some time to send me the score sheets. (Marie I know you’ve had some trouble sending them)

Still a lot of games to be played so plenty of time to improve those stats. Remember if you’re playing in the correct league for your level of play you should be averaging 50% win ratio.
