It was a popular destination for some attendees last year, and we're happy to confirm the Cinema Room returns this year!

You can a expect a showcase of mecha anime throughout the entire day inside. What will be showing? Well, that's a secret! You'll have to be there to discover what's on.

And best of all it doesn't cost anything extra for you to go inside. It's part of your ticket to our event!

Can you believe it's less than six week until our event! We're getting very excited and we hope you are too!

Following on from the exciting news we'll be holding a Gundam TCG Tournament at our event this year, today we wanted to share more details about the prizes that will be on offer for those who finish in the Top 8!

If you're an experienced Gundam TCG player, this news is for you! We're happy to confirm we will be holding our own pack tournament at Day of the Gundam 2026 in the Activities Room!

Today we're excited to announce that Xaerael will be joining us at Day of the Gundam once again!

They'll be bringing you panels in our Panel Room, and workshops in our Activities Room throughout the day!

The two panels will be about base customisation, and techniques to capturing the best photos of your masterpieces!

Then in the Activities Room they'll have you three workshops! Two will be direct follow ups to their base customisation panel (noted above) focused on building bases. And the other will give beginners a chance to learn about panel lining.

If you saw their panels last year, you know you're in for a treat and a wealth of knowledge!

**Important note regarding ordering tickets to DOTG 2026**

Though our event is on Sat 11th July, an important date for your diary if you haven't already bought yours is Sunday 5th July - one week before DOTG takes place.

That's because 5th July is the absolute cutoff for purchasing tickets to our event, and no tickets will be available at all after that date, including on the day of DOTG itself.

We know this caught some folks off guard last year, so wanted to take an opportunity to mention this now, but will post a reminder closer to the cutoff date too :)

We're excited to announce that six-time Golden Demon award winner, Raffaele Du Marteau returns to Day of the Gundam and this year will bring you two panels focused on model painting techniques!

One will focus on painting and weathering techniques on model kits as well as Gundam Assemble. And the other on airbrushing techniques in general.

If you're looking to brush up on your techniques or perhaps learn something new entirely, these will definitely be ones to keep an eye on!
