Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Queen event scheduled for this Saturday due to insufficient ticket sales.

As organisers, we worked extremely hard to promote the event and did everything possible to reach the minimum ticket threshold required to cover the substantial costs involved in delivering the show. Sadly, despite our best efforts, that target was not reached in time ahead of the event.

As a committee, we could not take the financial risk of proceeding and felt it was necessary to make this decision before it was too late. This was not an easy choice, and we sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused.

We hope the public will understand our position. It is undoubtedly a challenging time across the events industry at the moment, with many organisers experiencing significant impacts on ticket sales for a variety of reasons.

We would like to thank everyone who supported the event, shared promotions, and purchased tickets. Refund information will be communicated directly to ticket holders shortly.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Fleckney Festival 2026 MAIN EVENT in September will not be happening this year. This wasn't an easy decision but with the new sports centre building finally underway and Kibworth not quite working how we wanted it too, we have decided to rest for a year. HOWEVER, we have TWO fantastic fundraising events happening THIS MONTH, so please come along (book your tickets for Queen) and show you support as these will help fund 2027s main event. Thank you!!

Thank you to everyone that attended Fleckney's annual Christmas event - Fleckney Festival at Christmas! It was fantastic to see so many happy faces and everyone having a good time. Thank you to everyone that supported the event behind the scenes to make it happen. It is entirely run by volunteers and the hard work really does pay off. We managed to raise an excellent amount of £899 which will help towards the Fleckney Festival fund and recovering our losses from this year's event. Keep next year's date in your diaries - Saturday 12th December 2026.
