We’re looking for reliable people to pick up extra work with our busy events company.

What you’ll be doing:• Driving vans for deliveries & collections• Loading & unloading event equipment (furniture, dance floors, etc.)• Assisting with event setup & breakdown

Pay: £15 per hourType: Freelance / ad-hoc shifts

Hours:• Mainly weekends• Some weekdays available• Early starts likely

Location: Wigston. Start: Immediate

Ideal for:• Anyone wanting extra income• Drivers, labourers or hands-on workers• People with flexible availability

Joe joined us straight from school at just 16, and over the years has grown into a fantastic young man with a bright future ahead.

During his time with My Event Hire and King of Laundry, Joe has played a huge part in the journey — working with customers and suppliers daily, and being involved in over 11,000 events, alongside countless laundry orders.

That level of dedication and consistency doesn’t go unnoticed — and we know many of you will have dealt with Joe over the years.

Joe is now starting a new chapter, relocating to Derbyshire with his partner. While he’ll be missed by all of us, we’re genuinely excited for what’s ahead and wish him all the very best.

Thank you for everything you’ve done, Joe — you’ve helped shape both businesses more than you probably realise.
