this year’s show IGNITE is sure to be a night to remember. With five interactive, unique performance scenes, expect a vibrant spectacle highlighting fashion and community as a force for social change, all whilst centring diversity and sustainability. LRFS is the largest student-led charity event hosted at the University of Leeds, providing an opportunity for creative collaboration alongside huge fundraising for charity. Combining fashion, originality and innovation to shed light on important causes, LRFS22 aims to spark creativity and emphasise fashion and community as a force for social change. Leeds RAG Fashion show is one of the biggest and most highly anticipated events in the RAG and Leeds University Union social calendar. LRFS is one of the most prestigious charity events which takes place at the university, and it has won ‘Event of the Year’ numerous times between 2008 to 2018. The 2018 show was also awarded 'Event of the Year' at the National Student Fundraising awards. It is a hugely valued event, which is held in high esteem by Leeds students and business communities. With a dedicated committee of over 50 student volunteers, as well as a diverse array of models, work has been taking place for months to prepare for the event. This year, we aim to raise a record-breaking target of £30,000 for our chosen charities, Stop Hate UK and The Racial Justice Network, through the work of a determined committee of over 50 students ready to produce the best LRFS yet.
