We are looking for a highly organised Project Manager with experience in Event Production with knowledge of carpentry, graphics, and AV. This full time role involves overseeing both full time members of staff and freelancers, managing pitches, budgeting, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
This is a full time office role based in our office and workshop in Leeds.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately and get settled in before a very busy 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team and freelancer management, ensuring efficient scheduling, keeping projects on track and rota planning.
• Pitches, quoting, and budget creation.
• Client management, ensuring excellent communication and service.
• Maintain quality control across projects, ensuring high standards are met.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, including RAMS documentation.
• Procure materials, consumables, and props as required for projects.
• Manage logistics, including vehicle bookings, accommodation, and onsite build arrangements.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Event Production, particularly carpentry, scenic techniques, graphics, and AV.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
