This workshop is dedicated to helping you get 2026 off to a bright and focused start. Enjoy a nourishing half day immersion in the beautiful setting of Rosehip Barn. Join Gemma for Gentle Yoga, meditation and guided reflection.

The workshop will help you to create a tangible plan that aligns with your highest self. A roadmap for the months to follow which will help to keep you focused on your goals.

The session is suitable for all abilities and open to anyone aged 16 yrs and upwards. Refreshments and all equipment provided just bring a cushion for relaxation and a notebook to journal in.
