Planning a DIY wedding but don't want to spend the morning of your big day setting everything up? ✨

You don't have to!

Alongside our wedding styling, planning and coordination services, Weddings and Events by Karen also now offers a DIY Wedding Set-Up Service.

If you've sourced your own décor, centrepieces, signage, favours or finishing touches, we'll make sure everything is beautifully set up exactly how you want it, leaving you free to relax, get ready and enjoy every moment of your wedding day.

Here's how it works:

💐 Send us your wedding date, venue and a list of the items you'd like us to set up.

We'll then create a plan that's right for you. We can either:

✨ Collect your décor and supplies in advance, organise everything and take care of the full set-up on the day.

OR

✨ Follow your own detailed set-up plan and bring your vision to life exactly as you've imagined it.

Whether you need us to take care of everything or simply want an extra pair of experienced hands, we're here to make sure your venue is ready for your celebration—without you lifting a finger.

And THIS is why I LOVE my job 💕 it isn't just wedding and Event planning and styling, as many people think. I work hard with venues to coordinate everything, from menus, to timelines, security and even First aid ! To ensure every event is the best it can be. Reviews like this make it worth everything

I just wanted to pass on a huge thank you to you and the team at (venue) !

From our point of view the evening could not have gone better. The venue was brilliant, music great and the food was amazing!

Staff were attentive, friendly, helpful and efficient and managed and assisted with our students so well.

Also, thanks to you for all that you did and sorted for us. Your calmness and experience really helped me as this was my first time in organising a prom!

Hopefully we left a positive impression as we would love to come back next year.
