Hello customers and cake friends, I am just popping on to say that I graduated from QMU last month and will start my Home Economics teaching post next week! Very exciting. 🤩

I just wanted to let you know that I will no longer be making cakes to order and will be focusing on teaching cake decoration classes going forward. To that end I hope to be relaunch my cake school in October 2022. 🎂

I would like to say a big thank you to all my customers over the past 12 years who have ordered cakes and supported my small business.

Hello 2022!

Just a reminder that I am not taking cake orders at the moment. I am half way through teacher training and unfortunately not able to offer bespoke cakes at this time due to time constraints. I am still taking bookings for cake decoration classes. Due to the impact of Covid, I am only offering these as private one off bookings rather than group classes at the moment.

Here is a 40th birthday cake I made last year using artificial flowers.

Student Cakes 🎂

Last weekend, my students completed some lovely simple buttercream cakes, starting with a smooth base and creating texture with combs and getting to grips with piping using open and closed star nozzles.
