It's the first of June and here are all your Rapture events for the month. Lots of great nights coming up. Tickets are on sale now for everything. It really helps us plan staffing etc if you buy tickets in advance and it means you don't have to take the risk of not being able to pay on the door if an event sells out.

We were absolutely bowled over (every pun intended) by the response to season one of our bowling leagues. Now that we have confirmed all the teams who wish to continue for season two, a few places have opened up for new teams.

There are 8 places available in the Tuesday night league and 1 place available in the Wednesday night league.

Tuesday league starts on Tuesday 25th August and Wednesday league starts on Wednesday 26th August. Leagues run for 10 weeks, plus an extra knockout league night on the Wednesday 25th November.

Tuesday dates are 25th August - 6th October, then 3 weeks off for the holidays, with league continuing 3rd November - 17th November

Wednesday dates are 26th August - 7th October, 3 weeks off, and continuing 4th November - 18th November.

For season two we have expanded the number of players in a team to eight, to give more flexibility around people's availability. As with season one, any four players from the team play each night.

Cost is £20 per team per night. This can be paid on the night or pay for the whole season in advance.

We are announcing another fantastic DJ set on Sunday at 7pm. Because of your support since we opened, we are getting approached by more and more agents and DJs about gigs in Rapture. All our visiting acts have been blown away by the club and the crowd reaction. You are helping to create a buzz about Rapture and make it a must visit destination for the best DJs. We are always looking at how we can grow the scene in Orkney and book the acts you want to hear. The best way you can support us is to buy tickets in advance. Sold out events and big audiences are the kind of thing that get discussed on the DJ circuit. On Friday 7th August, The Stickmen Project will be taking to the stage for a high energy audio visual spectacle that merges cutting edge electronic music with immersive performance art. Known for their striking LED stickman suits, custom video drum kit and synchronised visuals, the duo delivers a dynamic blend of electronic beats and iconic anthems. Expect a thrilling, high-impact experience where music, light, and performance collide.

On County Show night, Saturday 8th August, we are delighted to bring you the reformed Eastie Boys, for a very special night of live music. Expect full on party vibes, with the band performing tracks by artists including Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Status Quo, AC/DC, plus a selection of country favourites.
