This week our Chair of Scare and Trail Manager, AKA the lovely Mr and Mrs Howe BEM, presented a cheque for £4,000 to Ben and Mary Bentley of the RNLI Mid Wiltshire Fundraising Branch.

This was made possible thanks to the support of everyone who visited us this year, which enabled us to raise so much money to support important causes.

Thanks once again to all of you who visited us over that weekend. Now to start thinking about Scarecrows 2027! ;)

We gotta give some more kudos to our amazing child builders!

Second place in the children's competition went to Lyanna Shire for her epic Animal Crossing-based Sea Bass scarecrow - and this was her first year of scarecrow building.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner!

We've finished marking all the entries to this year's Scarecrow Trail competition and are happy to announce that the winner is Izzy Dabbs of Chippenham! They've won the grand prize of £100, whoop whoop!

Congratulations also goes out to Orla from Calne, who's the winner of this year's Children's Trail competition! A £20 Waterstones voucher will be heading your way very soon!

Thanks to everyone who entered - some of them were really tough to guess! Hope you'll return for another try next year - save the date, next year's Kington Langley Scarecrow Festival will be held on June 19th and 20th, 2027!
