More student success! Congratulations to NAPA students Neve and Perdie in their success in the National Youth Monologues, making it through the regional final (North) at the Lyceum in Crewe last month to compete in the National Final at the Trafalgar Theatre in London last Saturday

Out of 4,000 entries across the UK, they were 2 of just 8 in their category and had the brilliant experience of performing on a West End stage.

We would like to congratulate all our dance students who took an exam in our modern and tap session in May. 90% of all exam candidates gained the highest grade boundary that can be awarded, exceptional work from all.

We would also like to give a special mention to the 14 major candidates, 12 of whom were awarded a distinction including Rosie Hickman gaining 90 for intermediate tap and Halle Bragg who was awarded 96 for intermediate foundation modern.

We also cannot forget our outstanding primary modern and tap candidates who did a superb job in there first exams. A special mention to those gaining in the 90s with primary tap candidates Hallie Morley 90 and Daisy Peck 96 and primary modern candidates Eliza Graham 94, Hallie Morley 96 and Daisy Peck 99.

Again a huge well done to all those involved for an incredibly successful session .

Last week we said farewell to our first cohort of NAPA Professional Diploma (18+) students. It's been a pleasure supporting them as they apply and audition to some of the UKs top drama schools.

We are absolutely delighted that the following students have all been offered places on the royal ballet junior associates programme following their audition last month. Vivienne, Jude , Olivia , Harleigh , Nellie & Olivia. This is such a huge achievement with so many aspiring dancers auditioning for very little places . We are extremely proud of everyone who auditioned , what an experience. They will all start their training in the next academic year joining Hudson who has been offered another years training and Star and Lily who move from Ja’s to Ma’s taking our total number of students on the programme to 9 , just amazing.

𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊𝐄𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐓 𝐍𝐀𝐏𝐀 our Junior/Inter Production Class will be performing Newsies Jr. This 2012 Broadway musical, based on the 1992 film is inspired by the rousing true story of newsboys in turn-of-the-century New York City. Including the now-classic songs "Carrying the Banner," "Seize the Day," and "Santa Fe."
