Here’s the simple version.
Choose Introduction to Open Water Swimming if:
You are new to open water
You feel nervous about swimming in a lake
You are worried about cold water, depth or visibility
You want to learn how to stay calm
You want a gentle, supportive first experience
You are doing your first triathlon and the swim worries you
Upcoming dates:
10th May, 17th May, 31st May, 14th June, 21st June
Choose Open Water Skills Training if:
You already swim front crawl
You are comfortable enough to swim outdoors
You want to sight better
You want to swim straighter
You want to practise buoy turns
You want to learn drafting skills
You want to become more race-ready
Upcoming dates:
24th May, 7th June, 28th June
Both sessions last around 60 minutes, cost £30, and are coached by a qualified open water instructor with full safety cover in place.
