We're pleased to announce that we will be hosting "Love is in the Square" on Valentine's Evening 5pm until 8pm.
A casual evening of music and dancing with a few special surprises thrown in.

It's an open mic style evening so if there are any musicians who fancy a song please drop us a PM.

So, if you are treating your loved one to a romantic meal at one of our great eateries, or just having a chilled out drink in one of our many fab pubs, pop down before or after to enjoy some music, laser lights, take some photos in our photo booth and have a boogie!

After promising at last years D.H Lawrence Music Festival to tear Sun Inn Hotel Eastwood a new one and subsequently having our advances rejected, we're back again for another pop at their cherry! This year we are joined by Octavia Wakes, Drone Queen, No Disco, The Royal Deficiency, Blu Syrup , Phlinch Band, The Longmen and Boy Royson & the Orbs! Its going to be a peach of a day playing tunes and supporting BlindEye, all ably abetted by Watsons Estate Agents and Broxtowe Borough Council! We cant wait to get in there! 🍒🍑🎵🎶

+ ARTIST UPDATE +

Hey all

We just want to start off by saying a huge thank you to all the acts that applied to play this years festival. We ended up having over 600 applications ... which is a bit mad ... and obviously very difficult to then choose when you've got 160ish spaces. We decisded this year to try and get on as many new faces as possible, as well as a bunch of favourites to celebrate our 10 years with us, and personally I think this is our strongest lineup yet.

We've emailed every act now that we've chosen to play, with their stage and set time, so if your a musician that has been booked please check your emails for this, loads have replied back, so they should have arrived, but check your junk just incase it's niot there.

To those coming to enjoy the music, we will start rolling out the lineup in the coming months, so keep an eye out, it's gonna be a special one

The Jam may be over for this year, but continues!

It’s the final week of the Broxtowe Creates Festival but there’s still lots of enjoy including:

• Pop Up Theatre from Beeston Players and Parky Players - 25 June, 3.00pm - 4.30pm and 5.00pm - 6.30pm, The Plessey Centre, Beeston, NG9 1NX
• Summer Craft, Chill and Chat – 25 June, 6.00pm - 9.00pm at The Plessey Centre, Beeston – booking required.

• Pop Up Proms – 27 June at Eastwood Library at 12.00pm and After-School Musical Picnic at Inham Nook Recreation Ground at 3.30pm
