Our Community Gateway learners had a great time recently at Powderham Castle with TV Gardening star, Toby Buckland!

This builds on the amazing project the learners have been doing with GWR to bring life and colour to Exeter Central Station by planting daffodils on the platform!

We are delighted to have been awarded for our plants at Toby's Garden Festival! And grateful that we have the opportunity to grow what we do - not only sharing the beauty and joy of the plants themselves, but helping to make a difference to those who come and grow with us. Thank you to all who support us, and those who came to see us and buy plants at the festival. It was a lovely way to share and celebrate what we do 🌱 🌼

Had a fabulous time at my first Toby's Garden Festival , met some lovely people both as traders and customers. It was amazing to meet at least 4 previous customers, 2 of which I had never met but have purchased from the amazing Gallery 8 in Teignmouth!
Hope to be back again next year 🙏

Thanks to everyone who chatted with our Customer Engagement team at Powderham Castle – sharing water wise gardening tips, free water saving devices, and local project updates. 💧🌱

Our Education Officer, Sophie, also took centre stage to talk water butts, drought resilient plants, and water resources.
