A small gathering of like-minded souls to relax and release through the power of sound.

With everything that’s currently going on in our world it is becoming increasingly important to practise self-care and connect as community to lift each other’s spirits.

Together we will create sacred space to clear out old stagnant energy and prepare ourselves for the arrival of spring.

Come and enjoy an hour of sound therapy to soothe your soul, bringing your mind and body back into balance.

Relax and receive vibrational healing through gong and other calming instruments at the beautiful location of Gather &.

What to bring:
You will be required to bring a blanket and cushion for maximum comfort and be sure to wear warm layers. (You may also bring an extra mat to double up)

About me:
Kalie is a highly intuitive Sound Therapist, Reiki Master, Animal Healer, Psychic Medium and Meditation teacher with a passion for facilitating inspirational wellness workshops and spaces. She works 1:1 with clients alongside organising large scale wellness events and retreats.

Arrival:
Our lovely venue Gather & is located in the harbour, you will need to find parking nearby and then head upstairs. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early ready to set up

🌷We gather to gently awaken ourselves with soft, nourishing embodiment practices, guided meditation, ritual, and opportunity to share and sowing intentions for the year to come.
