Our great friend , owner of , is bringing an inspired Rocket Yoga class to the Love & Light Festival today at 4pm.

💜 YIN YOGA 💜

✨ We’re so excited to welcome to The Love & Light Festival.

At 12 midday, Karen will be guiding a beautiful 45-minute Yin Yoga practice. Expect clear, tangible stretches that lengthen the body while maintaining yoga’s calm, meditative quality.

You’ll feel safe, supported and encouraged to use props throughout.

The session will close with a deeply restful savasana, accompanied by soothing mantra music, inviting you to fully let go and drift into calm and relaxation. 🌙🧘‍♀️

We’re so excited to welcome Shanie to House of Leyla for this year’s festival!

She’ll be teaching her beautiful Mandala Flow, a dynamic practice that takes you 360° around the mat, weaving the elements 🌍💨🔥💧 into a moving meditation.

With nearly 9 years of teaching experience and a passion for creating community, Shanie brings a grounding, energising energy we can’t wait for you to experience. 💫
