ChalkStream Foods Ltd is a new stall who will be joining us at Presents Galore in October.

“ChalkStream works with farmers on the river Test and Itchen in Hampshire and produces fine English Rainbow trout for chefs, retailers and the home cook as well. Since our inception in 2014 we have been on a mission to get trout back on the menu and are now proud to say we can be found on restaurant and hotel menus as well as on the kitchen tables of homes up and down the country. We will be bringing a delicious range of smoked trout products including our award-winning hot and cold smoked trout, trout gravadlax, trout pates and fishcakes”.
