We are back to work! (Arthur and I).

I teach online using or . I teach mostly children but I have adult students too of all abilities.

I help my students find their unique styles and strengths, and I teach each student differently depending on their needs. I love to help bring out people's confidence.

Hi everyone!

We have had to come to a difficult decision recently; that being the closure of our beloved Django's.

To be quite frank, the covid battle and the birth of our first child Arthur has made us think about what we really want. We would like to be at home with our son and don't want the hectic lifestyle that owning a restaurant brings any longer.

We have loved creating Django's and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for contributing to the magical atmosphere Django's had. We are very proud of what we achieved in the last 3 seasons. We won gold in the best newcomer category in the 2020 Red Funnel business awards, our amazing write ups and articles in VeganLiving magazine, our great review from Matt and Cat's Isle of Wight Eating Out Guide , turning the old tea room into a brilliant jazz bar with our refurbishment and gaining our alcohol licence, and many more amazing achievements along the way.

We were going to have a few last events but unfortunately there is a wasp nest above the kitchen which needs professional attention and we have been advised to close for a couple of weeks.

Tomorrow we are open from 10-4 selling light refreshments, there will be a market outside filled with lots of different, interesting stalls. Come and take a look!

We've some great music coming up next week. Paul Armfield and Jc Grimshaw are joining us on Friday 20th, performing together for the first time as a duo since their legendary Monday nights at the Wight Mouse in the late nineties, we hope to see some of the spontaneous magic that made those nights such a joy. With a now substantial back catalogue of their own songs to draw from as well as the occasional random cover, who knows what might happen? Tickets include West African sweet potato maafe. Then on Sunday 22nd we have another brunch with Gary Plumley saxophonist and Nickpagejazzguitar, where we will be serving savoury basil and oregano pesto and sun blush tomato breakfast muffins with watercress and rocket salad. Can't wait for either event, come and join us for some great live music.

10-5 - We will be displaying the work of local artist Mark Chettle and offering an array of refreshments, as part of the Isle of Wight Arts Open Studios. Come and support him! This will be the same case on Sunday 18th July, Saturday 24th July & Sunday 25th July.

Outside, there will be an antiques and crafts fair in the courtyard. Come and take a look!
