More than just the launch of DGX turntable, we have a full-on Vertere open day on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th May.

You are (still) cordially invited to come along. Saturday is the one that is lighter on bookings but there is still some space tomorrow too. Based onn past experience, it should be an enjoyable 'show'

Huge thanks to Ben Lilly and Dave Speirs from ATC for venturing so far east to Signals Tower for the two day loudspeaker presentation. Our new active 20's are in burr magnolia (myrtle apparently) look very striking and sound utterly sublime running on the end of Naim NSC 222 with NPX 300.

The active 50 SE towers fed by double power supplied Naim ND 555 streamer through Naim Statement S1 pre-amp were really, (really, really) nice. We've held onto them for a little while, just in case you still want to hear them.

In the larger (front) dem room we stepped away from Naim using Auralic S1 Aries streaming transport running into Chord Dave DAC via Chord Ultimate 3 preamp.

We had a full house on Friday and almost as many here on Saturday, not bad, considering this is a bank holiday weekend.
Kevin 'interviewed' Ben and we were then able to ask questions and heckle. We had two sessions, one per day and it was a lovely, sociable time, enjoyed by all.

Thanks to all who came along to help snaffle the food and drink and avoid us looking sad and lonely 🙂

Audio Show East is the moniker that we’ve applied to our sporadic hifi shows over the years. Our planned March 2025 show was cancelled and, as explained in this link, a music centric evening event effectively took its place.

Whisper it! You're invited to an evening with Bob Harris. Working in conjunction with Dynaudio, we have a very special event planned.

Audio Show East is almost here.
Friday / Saturday 28 & 29th April. Free entry. Book in advance and you can enter the free draw when you actually turn up too. Prizes are out of all proportion. Take advantage before we twig!
If you are unwilling to enter your details into web forms, all you lose out on is the draw. You are still most welcome. Bookings are upon previous years but it's a big site. As of now, Friday is the busier day.
This week we will be busy making final preparations. There have been some additions to the exhibitors list and the link here is as up to date as can be.
