What now this season?!
Hopefully you’ve had a really lovely spell over the summer, some rejuvenating downtime, perhaps a wee holiday, a break from the old routine and as much fresh air and time outside as was feasibly possible!
But now that the long lazy days of the summer are drawing to a close, the mornings feel a little chilly and the kids are heading back to school, the question is, what now?
What’s next for you? What’s on your agenda? Do you have a goal in that you’ve got your eye on – a race or an event?
I’ve been thinking about this question long and deep over the summer months, and as such I’m launching a very exciting new project!
