Our Vice-Chair has given notice that he will be stepping down as of our AGM in September so we are on the look out for a volunteer to step in.

The role involves covering for our Chair if they cannot make any meetings and cleaning out the boiler on a weekly basis. As well as ad hoc duties and attending quarterly meetings.

If you are interested, please send us a message on here or email [email protected]

🌱 NEW YOUTH CLUB COMING TO ROTHIENORMAN 🌱
We’re excited to announce the launch of K3 Kids, a new, community & volunteer-led youth club for children and young people in Rothienorman.

Thanks to grant funding, we’re trialling twice-monthly sessions (hopefully starting in January) designed to give local kids:

✔️ a safe place to belong
✔️ positive connection with peers
✔️ supportive adults who genuinely care
✔️ fun, confidence-building activities in a calm environment

Planned age groups:
• Primary 1–6
• P7 to Academy S4/5
Cost: £3 per session

Sessions to be held in the Rothienorman Hall on a Friday evening from 6pm - onwards. (more details on the form).

Before we begin, we’re asking parents and carers to complete a short form to:
• register interest for their child
• share essential safety and care information
• let us know if you’d be willing to volunteer (PVG required)

This helps us ensure proper supervision ratios, strong safeguarding, and the best possible experience for the children.

This is a trial programme, shaped by community feedback and involvement - so if you’d like to see something positive for local kids, now’s the time to get involved.

If you have questions and/or wish for a copy of the form, message Sarah Malone directly.
