It can be a slightly strange world sometimes in the live events industry.
As engineers & technicians we can find ourselves working on productions or events at opposite ends of the gigging spectrum.
In early January we had an amazing evening assisting local artist Luke Mac present his first headlining gig.
Luke's vision was for a 'pop-up' event space and together with family and friends a vacant shop was for one night only transformed into an intimate boutique venue.
A couple of days later were on an aeroplane to Switzerland to assist with some aspects of the World Economic Forum in Davos.
The WEF is a world away from a gig in a Devon village shop but the experience and knowledge that we bring to both is equal.
