🍺 WE DID A THING!!!

This week, some of the Haddenham Beer Festival committee headed off to Papworth Brewery, Earith, with one important mission…

To brew the official Haddenham Beer Festival Beer 2026! 😁

Somewhere between carefully crafting an award-winning ale and grown adults getting far too excited in a brewery, the Haddenham Beer Festival Beer was born! 🍺

Huge thanks to the team at Papworth Brewery for letting us loose around the equipment and helping bring this year’s Festival Beer to life.

Right now it’s bubbling away quietly doing clever beer things before making its debut at Haddenham Beer Festival 2026. 🍻

We can’t wait for you all to try it!

HEAVY-DUTY GAZEBOS WANTED ☀️

Last year you asked if we could provide more shade, so this year we’ve bought some more gazebos — but we’d love to have a few more in reserve just in case Haddenham turns tropical again ☀️☀️☀️

If you’ve got a heavy-duty gazebo that just gets in the way, we’d happily rehome it for you and give it more purpose in life! 🍻

Alright, let’s not sugar-coat it… by the time Monday comes around, the Beer Festival site will still be standing… but the volunteers might not be 😅

So before we officially form the “Erection & Collapse Team”, we’re calling in reinforcements 💪

👉 Got a few hours on Thursday? Lovely.
👉 Can you help on Monday? EVEN BETTER. Seriously… Monday is where heroes are made.
👉 Fancy “working from home” but actually lifting things and looking important? Perfect.

LOCAL CHARITIES AND GOOD CAUSES – WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU ❤️🍺

Haddenham Beer Festival has now raised over £100,000 for local good causes, and this year we’d love to support even more local charities, groups and community projects.

We’re especially keen to support local good causes that also support the Beer Festival, so if you’d like to have a stall, volunteer, or get involved in some way, please let us know as soon as possible.

OLD FRIDGE, NEW JOB ❄️

Does your old fridge have what it takes to become the coolest volunteer at the festival? 😎

If you’ve got an old but working fridge or fridge freezer that you no longer need, we’d love to give it a new role keeping our festival drinks cold!

Want to showcase your business, local charity or group to thousands of local people at Haddenham Beer Festival 2026?

With expected attendance of 4,500 to 5,000 across the weekend (26th to 28th June), it’s a brilliant opportunity to promote what you do at one of the village’s biggest events.

Pitches are just £15 per day, with free pitches available to local charities and good causes.

This year will be bigger and better than ever, and stalls are booking fast.

MORE CHOICE! MORE FUN! MORE FESTIVAL!

For Haddenham Beer Festival 2026 we’re not just shaking things up a bit ... we’re shaking them up a lot!

You asked. We listened. And frankly ... some of your ideas were too good to ignore.

So what’s new this year?

🍺 MORE DRINKS
Alongside our usual beer, cider, gin, prosecco and Pimms, we’re adding a keg bar, lagers, wine, long vodka drinks and a few cocktails too.

🍔 MORE FOOD
A wider food line-up to help keep those queues down and your bellies full, including more gluten-free and veggie options.

🎨 MORE FOR KIDS & TEENS
We’re planning some cheaper kids’ activities and a load of free ones too. There’ll be lots for younger festival-goers to get stuck into, including an art competition, treasure hunt, graffiti workshop, and the Connections Bus, packed with board games, games consoles, crafts and much more.

🛹 SKATE PARK TAKEOVER
Yes, we’re taking over the skate park for the weekend ... and we’ve got a coach lined up too. Whether you want to learn new tricks or just show off, come and roll with us! Scooters and skateboards welcome.

🎸 MORE FESTIVAL ENERGY
As always, there’ll be music all weekend. We’ve got a brilliant Saturday headline band and a few surprises that you’re not going to want to miss!

Following on from our last post about this year’s donations evening at The Barn, we wanted to share a few more photos from the night 📸

As well as our main beneficiary, Branching Out, it was fantastic to welcome representatives from a whole range of local charities, clubs and community groups to receive their cheques in person. The smiles in these pictures say it all – your support really does make a difference here in Haddenham and the surrounding villages ❤️
