Sad News

We have had less than 30 entries for this years ChocAthlon and today have had to make the sad move of canceling the event.

With less than 30 entries we hope you can appreciate it is simply not viable to go ahead. (the event would cost us more than we have actually taken)

All participants have been emailed and automaticaly refunded As per our policy.

Its has now been almost 3 years since we were last able to host the ChocAthlon as you can imagine we are a little bit excited to be almost there at last.

We have a new Venue, loads of extra parking and a few nice tweaks to the routes to share with you all this year and as always there is going to be plenty of chocolate!

Entry will be closing in the next few days, so please hurry.

Good afternoon ChocAthletes.

Secure your 2021 place now.

We know there are many things going on around us at the moment many of them out of our control, so we thought you might like a little something to look forward to. We have opened up entry for the 2021 ChocAthlon and ChocAthlon Mini early, these events will take place on Saturday, March 20th, hopefully a little closer to the sunny weather we have had in the past.

All you need do at the moment is secure your places with a little deposit!

ChocAthlon & ChocAthlon Mini
Entry just £15.00 for the first 25 entries (each distance) then £20.00, BUT all you have to do now to secure your place, is put down a £5.00 deposit, you pay the rest at registration on the day!

Well folks thats a wrap for another year.

First can we apologise for one of the entry portals advertising a 3 year old postcode, luckily you all found us, sorry!

Huge thanks to Kate for marshalling and also sweeping for us today, she confirmed an arrow was missing from the canal, quite an important one that was most definitely there last night. Why anyone would remove one is beyond us!

Huge thanks to Angela & James, Maureen & Brian, Young Mr Brook and Marie and the girls for all their hard work today, we had a great day and we couldn't have done without them! so Thank you... (Please make sure Wane has your emails!) If I have missed anyone please shout at me, Wane!
