Two events have gone live for our side of Huddersfield International Crisp Festival

Crisp butty pairing: We've created a menu of six sandwiches using the crisps and snacks we'll be serving up during crisp fest and you'll be able to get six halves of these sandwiches paired with six beers. Serving from 5pm - 9:30pm

Single pringles dating: dating for crisp lovers, share six different varieties of crisps each paired with a drink to have with like minded crisp lovers from 7pm

This Wednesday and every Wednesday we have our weekly quiz...... the best in town we've been told

Starting from 8pm Dobson will be testing your knowledge with pictures, music and questions while handing out prizes during the process

What are these prizes you ask?

Chocolates for the best or weirdest team name
Beer vouchers for the quiz winners

And finally cash for the one lucky player on play your cards right..... last weeks player couldn't crack it but did get the losers bottle of wine..... which means the jackpot must rollover (Which means more money)

Of course no pub quiz is a good pub quiz without a fantastic selection of ales and drinks... why not come down and try some quiz cocktails too, only available Wednesday

We've heard Timothy Taylors had a rebrand this week but hey Taylors you should've followed us and just changed them to the pubs local who drinks the most of your permanent line

We're pretty sure that Bimmer, also known as Window cleaner Will, has drunk enough Taylors over the last 40 years to keep you in business 😂 and for all the pints he has we decided on Yorkshire day to change our pumpclip to him (and we've not changed it back since)

Theres no chance we'll be changing our pumpclip to anything other than this man😂 We're not sure he'll get the youth drinking Taylors but we know he'll bring a chuckle to all our customers

Today we have our North v South event with Mickey and Will going head to head with a guided tasting of eight beers to see who will win... North or South

However you wont know what the beers are! Pumpclips have been taken away, cans have been stripped of labels so theres no bias only your taste buds telling you which beer is the best

You'll vote through the night, argue with Mickey and Will and at the end you'll find out which one is the winner once and for all!

Theres still a last minute chance to book in but theres only four spots left so contact us if you'd like those spots! £5 of the ticket price goes to charity

We've been asked to bring back our Lemoncello and Rhubacello so here they are! We've also got a brand new flavoured gin for any fruity gin lovers, you can mix any of these with our tonics including our fruity ones to add some more flavour into your drinks
