Announcing our new Chief Executive Officer, Alasdair Bird.

We're delighted to confirm Al Bird's appointment as CEO of Roffey Park Institute, effective immediately. Following a rigorous recruitment process, the Board concluded he was the outstanding candidate to lead us into our next phase of growth and impact.

Al brings extensive experience in leadership, organisational development, learning, consulting and business transformation. He also brings a valuable perspective from his recent service as a Trustee of Roffey Park, giving him strong insight into our purpose, governance and priorities.

We'd also like to thank George Kunnath, who has led Roffey Park with distinction as Interim CEO through a significant period of change. We are pleased to confirm that George will now take up the role of Chief Operating Officer reporting to and working closely with Al.

We're also welcoming Jon Phillmore FCCA DChA as Head of Finance and Helen Monk as Head of HR - appointments that further strengthen our leadership team at an important point in the Institute's development.

Together, these appointments mark the start of a renewed chapter for Roffey Park, building on 80 years of heritage as we focus on our impact, our clients and our people.
