💚 £2,821.80 raised for Edale Mountain Rescue Team 💚

We’re absolutely delighted to share the final total raised for Edale MRT at Hope Valley Beer & Cider Festival over the August Bank Holiday — an incredible £2,821.80!

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, bought raffle tickets, used our charity cups and helped support the team across the weekend. We knew our festival-goers were a generous bunch, but this really is a fantastic amount.

We’d also like to say a massive thank you to the members of Edale MRT who joined us over the weekend, helped with the raffle and, of course, for everything they do all year round to keep people safe across the Peak District.

We’re incredibly proud to continue supporting such an important local team — and very grateful to every single person who helped us raise this brilliant total. 💚

Well, that’s us done for the season.
Thank you SOOOO much to everyone who visited and supported such fantastic charities and all of their volunteers.
Thank you to each and every act (even the one that got his knickers in a twist and went home saving us from his lovely personality).
And most of all, thank you to everyone involved who made it all possible.
Don’t forget, we’ve got one more mobile event next week at Bamford villages community pub, so hopefully we’ll see you at The Anglers Rest on the 5th & 6th September.

Still plenty of beer left, all ready for ‘The Hope Show After Party’ and The Walkers are playing live.

The current tap lineup includes 10 real ales, 6 beers on draught, 3 ciders and a cellar full of beer in our main bar, so….. COME ON DOWN!!!
