🎶 NEW FOR 2027 – A SECOND, OUTDOOR STAGE! 🎶

As part of our 10th Anniversary celebrations, we’re adding something completely new for 2027…

👉 DTS is getting a SECOND STAGE – OUTDOORS! Until early evening

And we’re delighted to welcome Gary Lawrence & Minster Audio back to DTS to take charge of it! 🎤🔊

Those who have been with us for a few years may remember Gary well. Gary, alongside Richard Lambert – “Lamby”, hosted and ran our stages for a number of years and became very much part of the DTS family.

They shared some brilliant weekends with us and were part of the journey during some really important years for the show – so there’s a lot of history and some very good memories there.

As soon as we started talking about adding a second stage for our 10th Anniversary, bringing Gary back into the fold just felt right. ❤️

There’s something quite special about celebrating ten years and being able to welcome back someone who has been part of the DTS story along the way.

Our friends at Haus Productions will be looking after the Main Stage inside the Big Top, while Gary and Minster Audio take charge of our brand-new outdoor Stage 2.

Two stages. More live entertainment. More going on throughout the weekend.

And, for us personally, a familiar face coming back to be part of a very special year.

Gary – it’s genuinely great to have you back. 🎶🚛❤️

🎭 ILMINSTER CHILDREN’S CARNIVAL NEEDS YOU! 🎭

Our Children’s Carnival is due to take place on Saturday 3rd October 2026 at 11.15am — but right now, we urgently need more entries to make sure it can go ahead.

Sadly, if we don’t receive enough entries, we could be faced with the difficult decision of cancelling this year’s Children’s Carnival.

We really don’t want that to happen.

The Children’s Carnival has been part of Ilminster’s carnival tradition for many years, giving children the chance to dress up, get creative and be part of something special in our town. ❤️

🎉 IT’S COMPLETELY FREE TO ENTER! 🎉

Whether it’s an individual entry, a family group, friends, a dance or majorette group — every entry makes a difference.
