Our Story
Harmony Live, Holywood takes place annually usually on the first weekend in June. The main festival venue is on the pitch at Holywood Rugby Club with other venues throughout the town. The festival was founded and is directed by local Holywood resident and business woman Mari Jackson who holds an MMBE Dip in Managing a Music Business Enterprise. Mari began the initiative completely by herself in 2015 & 2016 but since its success brought rapid growth, she is now ably assisted by eleven other community volunteers. Everyone (including Mari) working on the festival is unpaid and happy to undertake this charitable work for Holywood all of which has turned Harmony Live into a wonderful weekend event bringing much revenue to the beautiful seaside town of Holywood.
Previous headline acts include The Boomtown Rats (with Bob Geldof), Reef, Toploader, The Alabama 3, Rews, Ryan McMullan, The Bootleg Beatles, Doghouse, Celtic Soul, Duke Special, Hot House Flowers and Gareth Dunlop.
