Timetable & Final Syllabus

Please note some changes to the open categories age groups. I have done my best to accommodate with the entries sent in.

There are no aged 15 dancers competing in Open so the ages groups are as follows; U11, U14 & 16&Over .

To accommodate the slight changes of age groups. If you were originally entered in U15 Open you will still dance your modern set, all other dancers in U11 & U14 will dance their 3rd round ‘Hornpipe’ 1 at a time and will be reduced to 32 bars in this dance only. 16&Over Open will remain the same in terms of their rounds.

I have kept the team competitions open. You can enter on the day if you would like to do any team dances ☘️ £3 per dancer

Final Timetable for next weekend! Look forward to seeing you all! Don’t forget if you have paid for a wristband already please be sure to have sent your names across so we can check on the door.

Doors Open at 8am and first competition will start at 845am sharp.

There are takeaways and food outlets 2/3 minute walking distance from the venue and may bring back to the venue.

There is a bar available on the day.

Good Afternoon,

We will posting an updated syllabus and timetable, released tomorrow. We expect a nice finish time! 🙏☘️ A email will be sent out tomorrow also.

Due to numbers in the open section we have decided that the intermediate and open section will now alternate.

Please could any outstanding entry fees please be paid ASAP.

To all teachers who have had prepaid wristbands for guests please ensure you send your quest list names across via email before next weekend or we won’t know who is coming. Don’t worry if you haven’t paid in advance, you can get a wristband on the door. The door entry is £10 per adult and children free. All paid door entrees will receive 2 strips of raffle tickets.

Entries are now closed! Thank you to the 18 schools and all independent dancers for your support! ☘️

If you haven’t already prepaid for your wristband, don’t worry you we be able to pay on the door. If you have prepaid please ensure a list of guests paid is sent across so they can receive their wristband on the day. The door entry is £10 and this includes 2 strips of raffle tickets. Children & Dancers are FREE! ☘️

We are just working through all the entries, syllabus and finalising the timetable, all will be posted by the end of next week!
