HINCKFEST 2026 – IMPORTANT STATEMENT

We feel it is important to address the rumours, speculation and social media nonsense that have been circulating in recent days and put the matter firmly to bed.

It has come to our attention that false and damaging comments regarding Hinckfest and its organisers have been posted on social media, We have identified the individuals responsible for a number of these posts, and the matter has been reported to the police.

We would like to reassure all ticket holders and supporters that Hinckfest 2026 WILL be going ahead, as previously stated. We will not allow the actions of a small number of individuals to detract from what promises to be a fantastic event for the people of Hinckley. Our team has worked tirelessly to bring this festival together, and we remain fully committed to delivering an outstanding event.

As many of you are aware, we were unfortunately forced to postpone the festival with just one week to go due to circumstances beyond our control. Regrettably, our original host venue, Hinckley Rugby Club, was unable to accommodate alternative dates this year.

We are pleased to confirm that a new site has now been secured for Hinckfest 2026. We have been working closely with the relevant local authorities and our sponsors Jaspers of Hinckley Ltd. and will be announcing full details early next week.

The facts are simple: Hinckfest is going ahead, planning is well underway, and we are focused on delivering a fantastic festival for our ticket holders, traders, performers and the wider Hinckley community. We would encourage people to rely only on official Hinckfest announcements and not on rumours or unverified social media posts.

Ticket Holders

All tickets have been sold through TicketSource. Tickets purchased for the postponed event remain valid for the new date.

Any ticket holder who would prefer a refund should reply to the email sent via TicketSource, and refunds will be processed accordingly.

We would like to thank everyone for their continued support, patience and understanding. We look forward to welcoming you to Hinckfest 2026 and making it a memorable event for the whole community.

📢 HINCKFEST 2026 UPDATE 📢

Once again, we would like to sincerely apologise for the postponement of Hinckfest 2026 and thank everyone for their patience, understanding, and continued support while we have worked through this situation.

Over the past week we have been working closely with the local authorities to secure an alternative venue. Unfortunately, Hinckley Rugby Club was fully booked for the remainder of 2026, meaning it was not possible to reschedule the event there. For the small number of ticket holders who have requested a refund, these are now being processed by the ticket company. For those who have kept their tickets, we are going to have a fantastic day and can't wait to celebrate with you.

The good news is that we have now secured an amazing new site right here in Hinckley, and we are delighted to confirm that Hinckfest 2026 WILL go ahead!

We have also been working closely with all of our booked acts during this process. Unfortunately, due to the date change, some shows and performers are no longer available. We know this may be disappointing, but we are committed to delivering an incredible festival experience and have been working hard to finalise the revised line-up.

Full details of the new venue, event date, ticket information, and updated entertainment line-up will be announced early next week.

Thank you once again for your continued support. We can't wait to share the exciting news with you all and bring Hinckfest 2026 back bigger and better than ever!
