Heywood 1940s Day

We're opening opportunities in Heywood for individuals, organisations, clubs, and businesses to hold events and activities during Culture Co-op's two week indoor and outdoor Arts Festival in Heywood from 10 - 23 August 2026. Up to £500 is available for each applicant to collaborate with Culture Co-op. The theme is mental health, wellbeing and healthy communities. If you run an art club and want to hold a workshop with an artist, if you run a pub and want to put on a comedy night, if you own a cafe and would like to hold a talk on a relevant theme, we're open to your ideas, please get in touch!

The event must occur during the festival dates and contribute to positive wellbeing in communities of Heywood. To apply send the following info via email before June 22 to: [email protected]

- Organisation/venue/club/group name and what you do
- Short proposal of what event/activity would benefit the community that relates to wellbeing, mental health and healthy communities and a cost breakdown
