Please note that all our remaining flavours are now very low on stock which may result in you receiving duplicates. There is a high chance that our mystery bags will also include some fudge containing nuts or other allergens so please bear this in mind if purchasing

Good Afternoon fudge lovers.

For anyone who has ordered already, don’t worry, your fudge is safe and is patiently waiting to join you. If you would like me to deliver locally ( Morecambe and Heysham) please message with your address and a convenient time. If you wish to collect, that’s good too but please bear in mind I will be in and out over the next few days so if you message, we can agree a suitable time.

There are still a few bags left so please let your friends and family know as this will be the last few bags of the season. Thank you

Well it’s a wrap. Just like that, our final fudge event is done. We started with the wonderful Holker Hall in beautiful autumnal weather, and we finished on a high in our very own Heysham village, with fantastic events, in fabulous locations inbetween.

As is usually the case, we have some fudge left which will be available to purchase at greatly reduced prices. I will be doing a check on stock and flavours tomorrow and once I know what we have left, I will be posting to let you all know what we have available, so keep checking if you want to grab yourself a bargain or two of our fabulous home-made fudge

Our fudge season is just around the corner and it will be full steam ahead.

This year we are bringing back the ever popular Spiced Apple Fudge, only this time, we are adding locally grown apples, a mix of sweet and deliciously plump and tangy eaters.These are all grown here in our wonderful Heysham, so not only is our fudge hand made in Heysham, but the jewel in the crown in our Spiced Apple fudge, are also locally grown here. Many thanks to Malcolm, Angela and Sue for your never ending supply of fabulous apples this year, it is very much appreciated.

Well it’s that time of the year again when I’m hanging up the cake apron and popping on the fudge one.

This season I’m looking at introducing a new flavour of fudge to add to our 20+ flavours already, and possibly bringing back a couple of old favourites.

So the question is…. Which of the following would you like to see at this years’winter markets?

1) Cookies & cream- an old favourite that we haven’t made for a couple of years?

2) Golden Caramel- our take on the Caramac version we used to make

3) Kinder- A white chocolate & hazelnut, totally new to our repertoise this year

Another bespoke order for fudge. This one is our very popular Rum & Raisin.
We use all butter, creams and milk for our home-made traditional fudge every time.

For this one, we soaked our raisins in dark rum until they are plump and juicy before adding them to our secret fudge recipe.

There will be a few spare bags on sale at The Old Barn Cafe from this coming Saturday 23rd Aug
