Elite Rugby Coaching Clinics will provide an innovative and educational programme for boys and girls of all playing abilities aged U7 – U15. All camps are delivered by experienced RFU certified coaches with a wealth of knowledge and expertise for the game. This will ensure that all rugby activities are inclusive and progressive to create a fun enjoyable environment to further personal development.
All sessions will have a strong emphasis on safety, with all participants working in groups of the same/similar age covering all rugby aspects.
• Under 7 – Under 8 will be non – contact tag rugby
• Under 9 – under 15 will involve contact
(Please note all sessions are differentiated to ensure development for all, whether new to the game or more experienced. Elite rugby will ensure enjoyment and personal development for all). SESSIONS WILL INCLUDE:

• Mini unit skills
• Team skills
• Game understanding
• Emphasis on physical literacy appropriate to the stage development of the participant.
• Fun, enjoyment, excitement. Each afternoon will see the children playing matches and taking on the coaches as well as each other in various skills and challenges. Elite Rugby welcome all rugby abilities and encourage Tag rugby players to attend as well as those of an older age. Tag Rugby – under 7 and under 8
Children will be encouraged to develop the skills of running and handling through fun and exciting games/drills. Tag rugby is a very simplified form of the game of rugby union and is the formal introductory game to mini rugby. Each afternoon will see the children playing matches and taking on the coaches and each other in various skills challenges.
