Our new term begins this week at the Little Seashells Activity Cabin and we’re kicking things off with a Terrific Transport themed adventure!

Little ones can explore a world of cars, trains, aeroplanes, boats and more through our carefully planned messy, sensory and imaginative play experiences. From scooping and pouring to creating, exploring and discovering, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn through play while having lots of fun.

At Little Seashells, every session is designed by an experienced early years practitioner to support children’s development while creating magical memories together.

💙Father Day Keepsake session 💙

A relaxed Create & Play session at the Little Seashells Activity Cabin, with a special focus on making a Father’s Day keepsake 💙

Children can enjoy a range of toys, small world play, playdough, construction and simple creative activities, while grown-ups take time to create a beautiful personalised Father’s Day plate to treasure forever.

Parents, grandparents and carers can also enjoy a warm drink and a friendly chat in a calm, welcoming environment.

👶 Suitable for babies – 5 years

We can’t wait to welcome you to the Little Seashells Activity Cabin — a cosy, creative play space offering magical, joy-filled sessions, thoughtfully planned and led by an experienced early years practitioner.

Our Activity Cabin is a warm, welcoming community space, fully sheltered, with additional decking and a covered outdoor area. Little ones can enjoy both indoor and outdoor play opportunities while staying comfortable in all weathers.

🌞 What’s On This June at Little Seashells 🌞

We’ve got another exciting month of play, creativity and community happening at the Little Seashells Activity Cabin ✨

This month, little ones can enjoy a fantastic range of themed sessions including:

🚗 Terrific Transport
🎪 Circus Fun
💛💙 The Colour Monster
🦸‍♂️👸 Princesses & Superheroes

Each session is packed with messy play, sensory exploration, imaginative play and hands-on learning opportunities designed especially for young children.

☕ Stay & Play Fridays continue throughout the month, offering a calm and welcoming space for little ones to play while grown-ups enjoy a hot drink, a biscuit and a friendly chat.

🎨 We’re also excited to host our very first Create & Play Session, where children will make a special Father’s Day keepsake to treasure.

🎒 June also sees the start of our School Starters Meet & Greet Sessions – a lovely opportunity for children starting school in September to meet new friends, build confidence and begin making connections before their big day.

🎉 And don’t forget, we also host birthday parties in the cabin, with messy play and craft party options available.

When you look at these photos, you might see paint, water, mud, sensory trays and a little one completely absorbed in play.

What I see is confidence growing. 🌱

I see problem solving, imagination, communication, curiosity and creativity all developing through hands-on exploration. I see little hands strengthening for future writing, brains making connections, and children learning about the world in the way they do best… through play.

At the Little Seashells Activity Cabin, every invitation to play is thoughtfully planned with learning opportunities woven throughout. From sensory exploration and mark making to role play, fine motor skills and early maths and science concepts, children are learning without even realising it.

And it’s not just valuable for the children. 💛

These sessions give parents, grandparents and carers the chance to slow down, be present, watch their little ones thrive and create special memories together. In a world that often feels rushed, these moments of connection, laughter and shared discovery are priceless.

Set within our beautiful cabin and outdoor play spaces, children have the freedom to explore, create, imagine and simply enjoy being little.
