2024 Toros FC - Belmont Abbey Youth Football Tournament
With just under 2 weeks to go we're currently finalising the schedules and all tournament information will be sent out this week so please look out for your email.
Important Event Information
Gates open from 7.00AM!
Please arrive in good time, the morning session is VERY busy and congested. The tournament will not be delayed and fixtures will be forfeited.
Please follow the direction of our car parking attendants.
Parking is £3 per car.
CASH ONLY!
We will refuse entries if payment is refused.
Parking is on field only! Strictly no parking in the Abbey grounds, NHS building, or residential areas of the Belmont Abbey.
Please have the correct money ready to pay, it will speed up the process.
(All money raised goes straight back into grassroots football)
If you need parking assistance or disabled parking please email [email protected] or speak to our attendants on the day.
We will not tolerate any abuse of our tournament car parking volunteers.
All spectators should remain behind the respect barriers on the side of the pitch.
Gazebos are welcomed and should be set up around the outside of the pitch area and a good distance away from the pitches only.
No spectators behind goals.
Please keep walkways free to ensure everyone can move around the field freely.
First aid is available at the registration desk or ask any Toros FC official, volunteer, or coach for assistance.
A defibrillator is on hand if required at the registration desk.
Toilets are available near the clubhouse and on the field. Baby changing facilities are available in the changing rooms.
Strictly no admittance to the changing rooms other than match officials or tournament organisers or those in need of baby changing facilities.
Free drinking water can be provided if required.
Please ensure toilets are respected. They will be regularly cleaned. Please speak to a tournament volunteer or the registration desk should you require them to be cleaned.
Please ensure all litter is placed in bins or bags. Do not leave any litter on the field of play.
Please ensure you respect the Abbey residents and leave in an orderly and respectful manner.
Refreshments and hot food are available to purchase.
Strictly NO ALCOHOL.
Strictly NO SMOKING.
Strictly NO DOGS.
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants, officials, and spectators at our 2024 Youth Football Tournament. To ensure this, we operate a strict zero tolerance policy towards any form of abuse or disrespect directed at match officials or anyone in attendance.
