Today marks what would have been Day 1 of Hawkfest 25, and our team is feeling a profound sense of loss this year. As we reflect on the event's future, we are grappling with the question of whether to continue. How do we organize it? How do we raise the necessary funds to sustain it? Or should we simply let it go?

Last year was particularly challenging; although we sold 85% of our tickets, only 35% of ticket holders attended. This discrepancy has left us bewildered and searching for answers. We want to understand why this happened and how we can improve in the future. Your feedback and thoughts would be invaluable as we navigate these uncertainties.

At this moment, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of our volunteers who have dedicated their time and effort year after year. Your unwavering support is the backbone of Hawkfest, and we could not have achieved what we have without you. To all the attendees and supporters, thank you for being a part of this journey. Your involvement has meant so much to us, and we hope to hear from you as we decide the fate of Hawkfest moving forward.
