We’re looking for an events intern to work with us at Summer Camp 2026. ⛺️💥
This is one-off paid work over 4 weeks at our micro-festival Summer Camp at Hawarden Estate; ideal for someone working in hospitality who’s curious about the world of events and looking to take their next step.
The successful person will be required to support preparations during the three weeks leading up to the event, as well as work during the camp week itself.
You do not need a background in events. In fact, we’re far more interested in personality than polished experience.
If you’re someone who naturally puts people at ease, notices what needs doing before being asked, enjoys working hard as part of a good team, and can keep smiling when things get busy, we’d love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be part of the front-of-house team across Summer Camp weekend, helping create an experience that feels generous, relaxed and beautifully run.
This role is especially suited to someone who some hospitality experience.
This could include:
☀️Assisting with organisation & admin pre-event
☀️Assisting with setup and preparation ahead of the event
☀️Supporting logistics and general event coordination where required
☀️Being a focal point for guests, answering questions and assisting guests throughout the day
☀️Supporting talks, workshops & live demonstrations
☀️Supporting front of house operations, from morning breakfast service, to lunch & dinner, and bar work
☀️Being a calm, friendly presence wherever needed
