So what happened last year? A magnificent lineup of cask beer in pristine, competition-ready condition, in an incredible range of styles. Whether you are a fan of bitter, mild, pale, golden, red, IPA, or even a braggot.

Last year's winner was Twt Lol with Pretty Fly for a Magpie (IPA). This is a punchy, golden IPA that leans heavily into Citra and Mosaic hops. Expect a smooth bitterness balanced by a massive tropical aroma, think mango and citrus zest in every sip.

But what will this year bring? Whatever it does, you can guarantee it will be at the top of its game.
