The overall KEG winner of 2025 was Bragdy Cybi .
The winning beer was 6 Sitra. It is a 6.0% IPA brewed with six different varieties of hops, including American Citra.

Bragdy Twt Lol (The Trefforest Brewery) took overall Golds in the inaugural Indie Beer Cymru Awards in the cask competition.

Twt Lol won the Overall Gold in the cask beer competition with their ‘Pretty Fly for a Magpie’ IPA, described as a ‘very hoppy, bitter but smooth IPA with an incredible amount of aroma’

So what happened last year? A magnificent lineup of cask beer in pristine, competition-ready condition, in an incredible range of styles. Whether you are a fan of bitter, mild, pale, golden, red, IPA, or even a braggot.

Last year's winner was Twt Lol with Pretty Fly for a Magpie (IPA). This is a punchy, golden IPA that leans heavily into Citra and Mosaic hops. Expect a smooth bitterness balanced by a massive tropical aroma, think mango and citrus zest in every sip.

But what will this year bring? Whatever it does, you can guarantee it will be at the top of its game.
