On Day, we’re celebrating the farmers, families and rural communities who produce our food, care for our countryside and keep our farming traditions alive.

This year’s Pembrokeshire County Show was a fantastic celebration of our agricultural heritage – from wonderful livestock exhibits and vintage tractors to sheep shearing demonstrations showcasing skills passed down through generations🐄🐑🚜

Today, and every day, Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society is proud to champion British farming and the people at the heart of it 💙

It’s safe to say, the future of Pembrokeshire County Show is in very safe hands! 🐑🌟

We couldn’t resist sharing this brilliant photo of some of our Young Handlers at this year’s show. It’s fantastic to see the next generation getting involved, showing such enthusiasm and keeping our wonderful agricultural traditions alive! 💙👏🏻

The main characters of the show? We think so. 🐴🐴

We absolutely loved having the Gentle Giants back at Pembrokeshire County Show again this year!

They kicked off show week on the Tuesday with the traditional carriage drive through Haverfordwest, before taking centre stage across the two days of the show.

They certainly didn’t go unnoticed, attracting plenty of attention from showgoers and making a lap of the Main Ring each day, carrying our Show Presidents and special guests. 💙

George and Smoky were such a special part of the 2026 Pembrokeshire County Show, and we loved having them with us ✨🐴

This is what Pembrokeshire County Show is all about 💙🚜

It’s not just the tractors, animals, competitions or everything happening across the showground. It’s the memories made along the way.

The laughter, the excitement, time spent with family and friends, and those little moments you’ll remember long after the show has finished.

These children taking on a tractor in a very serious battle of strength are exactly the kind of moments that make the Pembrokeshire County Show so special.

The 2026 show may be over, but the memories will last a lot longer. 💙

A moment to appreciate the rings 👏🏻🌱

Despite the incredibly dry summer we’ve had, the rings looked fantastic for this year’s Pembrokeshire Show.

A huge thank you to Liam Bowie and his contracting team for all the work that went into preparing the ground, and to David Rees and family, who farm the land throughout the rest of the year.

It takes a huge amount of work behind the scenes to get the showground looking this good - especially after such a dry spell. A brilliant job by everyone involved! 🚜 👏🏻
