Bring the whole crew, feel the buzz, and make memories together on the race line! From total beginners to seasoned pros, we’ve built an unbeatable, supportive race day for every age.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Race with Family & Friends:

Adult Events (15+): Safe pool swim, scenic bike leg, electric finish line

Junior Aquathlon (Ages 8–16): Fast pool swim, fun grass run, huge cheers

Unbeatable Vibe: Friendly marshals and an atmosphere the kids will talk about all year

🏊‍♂️ ADULT TRIATHLON (Ages 15+)
Kick off with a smooth, controlled 30m pool swim—no open water nerves, just crisp pacing before hitting the road.

Sprint & Relay: 420m Swim | 25km Bike | 5km Run
Super Sprint: 420m Swim | 12.5km Bike | 2.5km Run

🏃‍♀️ JUNIOR AQUATHLON
A thrill for young beginners and competitive athletes chasing points in the British Triathlon Yorkshire Junior Series! Pool swim followed by a fast grass-field run.

Tri Stars Start (Age 8): 60m Swim | 600m Run
Tri Stars 1 (Ages 9–10): 120m Swim | 1,200m Run
Tri Stars 2 (Ages 11–12): 180m Swim | 1,800m Run
Tri Stars 3 (Ages 13–14): 300m Swim | 1,800m Run
Youth A (Ages 15–16): 420m Swim | 2,900m Run

Take Your First Step into Multisport! 🌟

Curious about triathlon but not sure where to start? Our Swim, Bike, Run event, proudly sponsored by The Duchy Hospital, is the perfect "taster" for anyone aged 15+.

Designed specifically for beginners and those new to the sport, these distances are all about having fun and giving it a go:

🏊 Swim: 180m (Just 6 lengths!)
🚴 Bike: 12.5km (A beautiful, scenic loop)
🏃 Run: 2.5km (A flat, friendly finish)

Remember: No matter the distance, every finish feels just as great. You'll have our amazing marshals cheering you on every step of the way!
