This June, we’re bringing something very different to Harrogate Food Festival…

Introducing Viking Heritage Kitchen🔥

A live, interactive experience where food meets history - and things get a little bit wild 😏

Step into the world of the Vikings and discover what they really ate, how they cooked, and how food shaped everyday life hundreds of years ago!

From open-fire cooking to hands-on activities, this is one you don’t just watch… you get involved in 👀

You might find yourself:

🧈 Churning butter
🥖 Making flatbreads
⚔️ Learning how Vikings lived (and survived)

And if you’re lucky…you might even spot something unexpected cooking over the fire 🔥

Live demonstrations will be running throughout the day - perfect for families, curious minds and anyone who fancies something a little different 😏
