To all of our runners who are almost at the end of their marathon training… It’s officially Marathon month!🏃

With both Manchester and London marathons soon approaching, it’s almost time for all those training miles to be put to use on race day🌟

Best of luck to anyone with an upcoming race, and if you’re looking for a 10k race in the meantime then ABERSOCH 10K is not to be missed- Saturday 30th May🌞

At this years Ashley Hall 3K, this amazing bunch took on the challenge not just for the finish line but to raise money for an amazing charity- Wood Street Mission!

Their determination, teamwork and generosity are exactly what makes race day so special - coming together, getting active and making a difference🌟
