📣 STALLHOLDER UPDATE – 7TH MARCH 2027! 📣

✨ ONLY 9 STALLS LEFT! ✨

Yes, you read that correctly! Our first Surrey Villages Art and Craft Fair of 2027, taking place on Sunday 7th March at Shere Hall, GU5 9HE is already filling up fast! 🥰

Our hall accommodates just 23 stalls, and with only 9 spaces remaining, that means the majority of our stalls have already been snapped up, even though the fair is still months away!

We know March 2027 might feel a long way off, especially when we're only thinking about the months ahead. But in the world of craft fairs, booking ahead is the name of the game! Our regular stallholders know how quickly our dates fill up, and many book well in advance to secure their preferred dates. ❤️

We are already seeing fantastic interest in our 2027 calendar, and we fully anticipate these remaining spaces will be booked very soon. We would hate for anyone to miss out simply because they thought there was plenty of time left!

A little reminder that our fairs are for genuine handmade products, made at home by the stallholder. We love celebrating the creativity, skill and hard work that goes into making something unique!

Every now and again, we receive a message from one of our stallholders that stops us in our tracks — and recently, we’ve been lucky enough to receive some particularly kind words.

Comments such as:

✨ “You should be super proud of what you have achieved. Your craft fairs are well attended and enjoyable — be proud of that.”

✨ “You’re doing a great job.”

✨ “Thank you for your kind words — it means a lot. Even though we haven’t met in person yet, it tells me all I need to know about how lovely a person you are, and how this obviously translates into the wonderful markets you must run.”

Organising craft fairs takes an enormous amount of work behind the scenes — much of which our visitors never see. From planning the dates and venues, communicating with stallholders, managing bookings and payments, sorting out the layout, advertising the fairs and answering endless messages and emails, there is always something happening!

But the most important part has always been the people.

We are incredibly grateful to the wonderful makers, crafters and small businesses who choose to bring their handmade work along to our fairs, who support what we are trying to create, and who take the time to tell us when they are enjoying being part of it.

Your kind words genuinely mean more than you probably realise. ❤️

And something else that makes us particularly proud is the lovely relationship that has developed between our stallholders and our visitors.

We have visitors who come to every single fair, some travelling many miles to be there, simply because they enjoy coming along, seeing the handmade work and, most importantly they have said, chatting to our friendly stallholders.

That really says something about the atmosphere we have created together. ❤️

So, to every stallholder who has supported Surrey Villages Art & Craft Fairs — whether you've been with us for years or have only recently joined us — thank you.
